Periodic maintenance programmes

Technical support, particularly in the aseptic world is one of Flexifill's strengths.

Our team has many years experience of filling systems and flexible package manufacturing.

We also have considerable first hand knowledge of many international filler system installations.

We can also offer periodic maintenance programmes that are tailored to your own particular requirements and production schedules. These will give you the reassurance of knowing that regular inspection work will be carried out to our exacting standards.

FLEXIFILL is fully equipped to provide a complete TEST FACILITY for all your projects. Additionally we can provide both OPERATOR and ENGINEERING TRAINING for Bag-in-Box systems.

Refurbishment

Refurbishment programmes of existing machinery

Where dedicated filling systems or other associated plant have already given years of good service, it may be cost effective to refurbish this existing machinery. FLEXIFILL is able to undertake partial or complete refurbishment programmes and can time these to coincide with shut-down periods or other convenient times.

FLEXIFILL is often able to offer refurbished filling machines. Please enquire on the availability of these machines as stock changes often. Any filler sold as a refurbished filler is stripped completely, all major parts are overhauled or replaced, new bearings, all pneumatics including piping and valves are renewed. Control cabinets are replaced and upgraded to include the latest specification controls. These machines are "as new" and come complete with a warranty.
