Pilot fillers permit the filling of small batches of product in laboratory or test situations to validate product or production studies.

These fillers are equally applicable to product packers, brand owners and experimental institutions.

These fillers are used to fill membrane style bags in sizes up to 5 litres and can be supplied with small product buffer tank.

A larger version of pilot filler is available based upon Flexifill's SA1M which allows the filling of bags up to 20 litres. This type of machine can easily be employed for low level production or later upgraded to include tap insertion and roller table options making it a fully operational semi automatic flow through style filling machine.

The fillers need a steam supply or can be supplied with integrated boiler.
