Flexifill installs aseptic filling systems at Takeda Pharmaceutical. Working closely with the project team in Austria, Flexifill has manufactured and installed aseptic filling lines to Takeda specific requirements.

AW1M complete aseptic line.....

integrated with customers existing filler.

FLEXIFILL supply complete filling line including case erector and twin track conveyor system to integrate with customers existing filling machine (non Flexifill). The customer wanted to double their production capacity using the same packaging materials on both fillers. This meant a bespoke conveying system to combine both fillers output which was fully tested in the UK before shipment and installation.

AW1C launched.....

compact low cost fully automatic filler.

FLEXIFILL introduce a new low cost fully automatic filling machine aimed at the small to medium user. The filling machine fits in the market between the semi automatic filler and the complete fully automatic line. The machine has a filling capacity of between 1 litre and 10 litres and is fully automatic in product filling yet can be manually packed direct from the machine or product conveyed to a separate packing area. The machine is compact enough to be bench mounted or supplied with a mobile mounting to enable the filler to be used in different production areas or even different sites.

AW1M aseptic fully automatic line.....

with fitment insertion.

FLEXIFILL has supplied four newly designed Aseptic AW1M fully automatic filling lines into Europe. All machines were fitted with bowlfeeders to provide automatic fitment insertion of a specialised dispense valve after the filling process. A dedicated 2 litre downstream automatic bag in box loading system was also fitted to one of the fillers.
