May '10...Launch new low cost AW1C - Compact Fully Auto filler.

FLEXIFILL introduce a new low cost fully automatic filling machine aimed at the small to medium user. The filling machine fits in the market between the semi automatic filler and the complete fully automatic line. The machine has a filling capacity of between 1 litre and 10 litres and is fully automatic in product filling yet can be manually packed direct from the machine or product conveyed to a separate packing area. The machine is compact enough to be bench mounted or supplied with a mobile mounting to enable the filler to be used in different production areas or even different sites.

April'10...supply new AW1M Aseptic fully automatic filling line to..

FLEXIFILL has supplied four newly designed Aseptic AW1M fully automatic filling lines into Europe. All machines were fitted with bowlfeeders to provide automatic fitment insertion of a specialised dispense valve after the filling process. A dedicated 2 litre downstream automatic bag in box loading system was also fitted to one of the fillers.

January '10...supplies Coca Cola with AW1 fully automatic filling line.

FLEXIFILL gets contract to supply and install complete AW1 Fully Automatic filling line together with case erection, case closing, box turnover machines and integrated conveyors. The line is due to be installed in May 2010.
