Flexifill's range of aseptic fillers give a choice of aseptic filling methods for both low and high acid products including:-

  • Dairy products
  • Juice
  • Purées and concentrates
Fillers with the suffix "M" are used to fill membrane style bags. These bags are manufactured fully sealed and gamma irradiated to give absolute sterility. The sealed membrane on the outside of the gland ensures tamper evidence before filling and the sealing of the inner membrane after filling ensures tamper evidence before opening. These bags can be used with a variety of dispense options including, taps, pouring spouts, valves for fitting to dispense machines.
 
Fillers with the suffix "A" are used with most bags and fitments currently used in the aseptic market. Bags are fitted with a cap then gamma irradiated to provide maximum sterility. The filler encloses the cap in Flexifill's unique patented sealed chamber system which sterilises the cap and gland at the optimum temperatures using steam only. The bag is then de-capped, filled with product, re-capped and steam flushed again all within the sealed chamber. The bag is then discharged from the chamber ready for separation and bag loading.

SEMI-AUTOMATIC

The Flexifill SA1A/M semi-automatic filler is capable of filling high and low acid from 2 to 20 litres. Can be linked to automatic bag-in-box insertion equipment.

The Flexifill SA2A/M is a semi-automatic twin head filler capable of filling low and high acid products from 2 to 20 litres. Can be linked to automatic bag-in-box insertion equipment.

Flexifill BF1A/M is a semi-automatic bulk filler which handles bags up to 1000 litres, and down to 10 litres with an optional small bag filling table.
