Our team at FLEXIFILL Bristol, have more than 35 years experience in both aseptic and non-aseptic Bag-In-Box filling systems. Our Bristol premises are purpose designed and equipped to allow us to execute a total Bag-In-Box filling, handling project from first design concepts to manufacture and case erection and closure.

All our machines are designed in-house with manufactured parts made by a network of local engineering companies. This ensures we are able to respond to our customers requirements immediately if spares or new parts to accommodate changes in filler specifications are required.

We are able to offer aseptic and non-aseptic liquid filling systems from relatively simple bench top manual fillers, semi-automatic fillers, pilot fillers, bulk fillers to high-speed, fully automatic, turnkey installations. We also have considerable first hand knowledge of many international filler system installations.

The team of FLEXIFILL have been involved in some of the filling systems that have been developed and used by major companies, including fast food chains and wine packers.
