A turbine flowmeter is fitted as standard together with a vacuum system
to provide optimum air level when filling.
Manufactured with 316 Stainless Steel product contact surfaces and 304
main frame these machines are built to a high standard and comply with
CE marking requirements
Options
- Centrifugal pump and motor with
stainless steel cover.
- Steam flush for fill valve nozzle.
- Nitrogen purge.
- Laminar airflow over filling heads.
- Magnetic and mass flowmeters.
Operational Description
The bag is placed manually on the filling table and gland is
inserted into the jaws. Infeed guard is closed and bag is automatically
de-capped. Filling Head automatically swings over to the empty gland
position and lowers, filling is then started. When the bag has filled to
the pre-determined amount the fill valve is raised and head is swung
around to the empty gland position where the tap is re-inserted. Jaws
are then opened and the filled bag is then driven out of the filler by
the roller table. The two filling heads operate individually so during
the filling of one bag, another bag can be placed on the filling table.
Outfeed
Options
Can be operated as a manual loading machine with the operator guiding
the bag into the waiting box from each head, boxes are then moved on so
the next pair of boxes can be positioned for the next two bags.
Alternatively, loading can be fully automated using Autoloader Module
and driven conveyor as the Flexifill AW1.
Performance
Typical output filling at 4 litre per/sec flow rate to the filler is :-
7 to 8 x 10 litre bags per/min. manual loading
