When combined with one of the many
outfeed options the filler becomes extremely versatile and can be linked
with any upstream and downstream case erecting and closing equipment.

An in-line or
90 degree gravity roller outfeed onto a flat belt conveyor allows for
downstream automatic or manual packing away from the filling area. |

Autoloader
module contains box control and box guide mechanisms together with chute
change parts to suit required box sizes. All these parts can be adjusted
or changed without the use of any tools within minutes.

Single lane conveyor infeed to single head AW1A with Autoloader module. Box stop/start and supply
controlled by filler. For fully automatic line link this configuration with case erector and
case closer. |

 Twin
head configuration runs two AW1A fillers side by side which doubles the
output, but also allows the customer to run one machine independently if
required. When coupled with twin lane conveyor and control supplied by filler,
this is the optimum filling line when linked with carton erection and
closure equipment. |
